2. Service Description

KYMC HOST provides Minecraft server hosting and VPS hosting services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must not use our services for any illegal activities
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You are responsible for all content stored on your servers

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Hosting or distributing malicious software
• Engaging in DDoS attacks or network abuse
• Spamming or phishing activities
• Copyright infringement
• Any activity that violates Minecraft's EULA

5. Service Limitations

We provide 99.9% uptime guarantee but cannot be held responsible for:

• Force majeure events
• Third-party network issues
• User-caused service interruptions
• Scheduled maintenance windows

6. Payment and Billing

All services are billed in advance. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services for violations of these terms without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

KYMC HOST shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.
