Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

Request made within 7 days of initial purchase
Service has not been suspended for Terms of Service violations
Less than 50% of the allocated resources have been used
No previous refunds have been issued for the same account

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are not eligible for refunds:

Domain registrations and transfers
SSL certificates
Dedicated IP addresses
Custom configuration fees
Services suspended for Terms of Service violations

Important Notes

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

After receiving a refund, your service will be immediately terminated and all data will be permanently deleted.

Provide your order ID and reason for refund

Service Credits

In some cases, we may offer service credits instead of monetary refunds. These credits can be used for future purchases and never expire.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team will result in immediate service termination and account suspension.
